Four minutes … that’s all it takes for your brain to die after you stop breathing. Literally every second counts until someone starts performing CPR.

Rural/Metro Ambulance feels very strongly about the commitment to providing life-saving information to our citizens. That’s why we are proud to offer free CPR classes to members of the community. The full certification class covers infant, child, and adult choking and CPR techniques and AED training.
