Life Data

When seconds count, a small medicine bottle can hold lifesaving information for emergency personnel.  Rural/Metro Ambulance makes that information available through LifeData.

LifeData allows patients a simple way to provide medical information when they can’t speak for themselves. LifeData is a small medicine bottle filled with two stickers. Patients simply fill out the necessary medical information and place the paper inside the medicine bottle. The bottle is placed in the refrigerator and a sticker is put on the top.  One sticker goes on the outside of the bottle while the other is placed on the front of the refrigerator. One bottle and information sheet should be filled out per family member in the household.

By encouraging citizens to place the stickers in the same location in their homes, emergency crews can determine quickly that life-saving information is available to them.
