Mr. Webb has more than 25 years of administrative leadership in Rural/Metro’s East Tennessee Division, with more than 34 years of professional experience in the emergency services industry. In July 2009, Rob was appointed by Tennessee Gov. Phil Bredesen to the Tennessee Emergency Medical Services Board as a representative for ambulance service operations throughout the state.

Mr. Mills has served as Government Affairs Director for the East Tennessee division for Rural/Metro since 2008. Before joining the company, he served on Knox County Commission for 32 years and was elected as Chairman of the Board for 6 years. Mr. Mills also worked as a security consultant for the University of Tennessee.

 

Ms. Sepesi joined Rural/Metro in 2009 and was promoted to Public Information Officer for the East Tennessee Division in 2010. Prior to joining Rural/Metro, she served in several community service organizations in various leadership roles and owned her own design business. Ms. Sepisi is a graduate of the University of Tennessee in Human Ecology with a minor in Business Administration.

As Market General Manager for Rural/Metro’s Blount County EMS operations, Mr. Park is responsible for managing all operational activities for this large 911 emergency ambulance location serving more than 120,000 citizens throughout Blount County. Mr. Parker joined Rural/Metro in 1985 as an Emergency Technician and gained his Paramedic certification a year later. He served as Paramedic Supervisor from 1986 to 2004 when he was promoted to Operations Chief. In 2007, he was named Market General Manager, the year in which he also was recognized by the American Ambulance Association with a Star of Life award. Mr. Parker is a member of the Tennessee EMS Region II Directors Association, the Tennessee Region II Homeland Security Committee, a member of the 2010 class of Leadership Blount, serves on the Board of Directors foro the Blount County Rescue Squad and is a Tennessee EMS Ambulance Strike Team Leader.

 

 

Mr. Rowe joined the Rural/Metro team in 1996 as the Quality Improvement/Training and Clinical Manager. He was promoted to his current position as the Market General Manager for Knox County ambulance operations in 2007. Prior to joining Rural/Metro, he was part of the startup group for the UT Medical Center Lifestar Aeromedical Program, and served as trauma coordinator with University of Tennessee Medical Center and EMS Director of Loudon County.

 

In his role as Market General Manager for Rural/Metro’s East Tennessee, Mr. Howard oversees the Company’s 911 emergency and non-emergency interfacility operations in Loudon County and Polk County, as well as non-emergency operations in McMinn County and Fleet Services for East Tennessee’s Fire and EMS divisions. He began his career in EMS as a Paramedic in Knox County and was promoted to Field Training Officer for Critical Care and fill-in Supervisor. He transferred to the Company’s Loudon County operations in 2003 as Shift Supervisor and was promoted to Operations Manager for Loudon County in 2007. He was promoted to Market General Manager in 2009. Mr. Howard is a member of the Loudon County Chamber of Commerce, Athens/McMinn Chamber of Commerce, Polk County Chamber of Commerce, the Loudon County EMS Council, Member of Region 2 and Region 3 EMS Directors Association, the East Tennessee Human Resources Policy Council, the National Cattlemans Association and the Tennessee Cattlemans Association. He graduated from Tennessee Tech University with a degree in Marketing/Business Management, attended Athens Vocational School for this EMT certification and Roan State Community College for his Paramedic certification. He received his Critical Care certification from the University of Maryland at Baltimore.
