Rob Zachrich rejoined Rural/Metro in September 2011 as South Zone Vice President, leading all South Zone business endeavors. Prior to rejoining Rural/Metro, Zachrich served as Vice President for Human Resources and Risk Management at Associated Wholesale Grocers, the nation's second-largest grocery wholesale cooperative with more than 4,000 employees in nine divisions and eight states. Prior to that position, Zachrich was Area Director for Gentiva Health Services operations in South Carolina. Gentiva is the nation's leading provider of home health services. He also worked at VistaCare Inc., a national provider of hospice services, as Executive Director managing the company's operations in Indianapolis, Indiana. Zachrich spent 11 years working in Rural/Metro's New York and Eastern region operations from 1995-2006, including positions as Regional Human Resources Manager for New York and Florida and Division General Manager for the Western New York operations in Buffalo.

As Manager of Rural/Metro's South Zone Human Resources activities, Ms. Corbeil oversees all aspects of employee relations, supporting markets within the South Zone. Prior to joining Rural/Metro, she served as Director of Human Resources for Kindred Helathcare for six years for the Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama regions. She is an accredited Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management.

As Division General Manager for Rural/Metro’s ambulance operations in the MidSouth, Mississippi and Missouri, Mr. Miller manages all aspects of operational performance in these markets. His focus is to maintain, improve and grow operational performance through contractual and service compliance, quality and service enhancement and productivity. Prior to joining Rural/Metro, Mr. Miller worked two years as an emergency and ICU nurse at Baptist Memorial Hospital and LeBonheur Children’s Medical Center. He spent more than 10 years as a Lieutenant/Paramedic Firefighter with Bartlett and Collierville Fire Departments and was Director of Fayette County Ambulance Service for seven years. During his tenure with Rural/Metro, Mr. Miller has managed the start of operations in Shelby County in 1998, assisted with the purchase of 911 and interfacility services in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and was a Disaster Response Team Leader during Rural/Metro’s response and recovery to Hurricanes Dennis and Katrina. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Nursing and Emergency Medicine from Shelby State Community College.

As Division General Manager for Rural/Metro’s Alabama and Middle Tennessee ambulance operations, Mr. Diliberto manages all operational, administrative, marketing and financial aspects of our activities in these markets. Mr. Diliberto joined Rural/Metro in 2000 and has lead his team to become one of the largest private ambulance service providers in Central Alabama. Prior to joining Rural/Metro, he served as President of Suburban Ambulance Service from 1990 to 1993. Mr. Diliberto is a member of the National Healthcare Executive Association, the Bessemer Chamber of Commerce, Hueytown Chamber of Commerce, and Tuscaloosa Chamber of Commerce Rotary. Mr. Diliberto holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.

Mr. Webb has more than 25 years of administrative leadership in Rural/Metro's East Tennessee Division, with more than 34 years of professional experience in the emergency services industry. In July 2009, Rob was appointed by Tennessee Gov. Phil Bredesen to the Tennessee Emergency Medical Services Board as a representative for ambulance service operations throughout the state.

In his role as the Division General Manager, Mr. Blach ensures the overall operational and financial performance of Rural/Metro's Florida operation. Prior to joining Rural/Metro, Mr. Blach served for 10 years as Director of Operations for American Medical Response Northeast. In this role, he was responsible for all financial and operational oversight for Southeastern Massachusetts and the State of Rhode Island. The operation serviced more than nine primary 911 contracts, over 10 major hospitals and 100 skilled nursing facilities with 450 employees and 100 ambulances. He is currently appointed to the Orange County EMS Advisory Board and the Valencia Community College EMS Advisory Board. He also sits on the Orange County EMS Operations, Communications, Medical Control and Quality Council Committees. Mr. Blach is a member of the Orlando Economic Development Commission and serves as Co-Chair of the Central Florida After School All Star Program. He completed the Paramedic Program with Northeastern University in 1989. He has received Official Citations from the Massachusetts Senate and House of Representatives for contributions to the EMS field.
