As Division General Manager, Mr. Anteau ensures the overall operational and financial performance of Rural/Metro's Georgia operations. Prior to joining Rural/Metro, Anteau served as Vice President of Operations and Vice President of National Growth and Development for Community EMS based in Columbus, Ohio. At Community EMS, he was responsible for all aspects of growth and development for the company, as well as 12 affiliated non-profit EMS agencies in the state. He was also a Senior Consultant for ParaStar, a for-profit affiliate of Community EMS, providing international EMS management and consulting services for public and private agencies in the United States and abroad. Anteau’s service to the EMS industry includes his appointment as Chairman of the Board for the Ohio Medical Transportation Board. He was appointed to the Board in 2007 by the Governor of Ohio to oversee the licensure of EMS agencies throughout the state.

As Market General Manger, Mr. Phillips oversees all aspects of Rural/Metro's 911 markets in DeKalb, North Fulton and South Fulton counties. His professional EMS career spans more than two decades. He is an accredited Paramedic, Registered Nurse and Level 3 EMS Instructor in Georgia, as well as an Arizona EMS Instructor and Affiliate Faculty for the American Heart Association. He partnered with the American Heart Association to form a regional STEMI transmission system and was nominated for the Georgia Region III EMS Distinguished Service Award in 2011.Mr. Phillips' professional affiliations include the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians, the National Association of Emergency Medical Service Educators, the Georgia Association of Emergency Medical Services and the Emergency Nurses Association.

As Operations Manager for Rural/Metro's South Fulton 911 location, Ms. Whan is responsible for managing all operational activities and approximately 150 employees who serve South Fulton County. She also acts as the liaison between Rural/Metro and it's municipal Fire Department partners within the market. Ms. Whan joined Rural/Metro in 2008 as a Paramedic and was promoted shortly thereafter to Training Officer. In 2009, she was promoted to Shift Supervisor and a year later, in 2010, was named South Fulton County Operations Manager. Prior to joining Rural/Metro, she was a Dispatcher and Shift Supervisor for various EMS organizations within the area. She is a certified Georgia Paramedic and attended Medix Chattahoochee Technical College.

As operations manager for Rural/Metro's DeKalb County 911 contract, Mr. Hoke oversees the day-to-day operations of this growing market. Mr. Hoke is an accredited Georgia Paramedic with 34 years' experience in EMS, 16 of which are at the supervisory level. Prior to joining Rural/Metro, Mr. Hoke served 17 years as a Chatham County, Georgia, EMS Supervisor and 13 years as a DeKalb Fire & Rescue Firefighter-Paramedic. He was named Chatham County EMT of the year in 1983 and Georgia Region IX EMT of the year in 1984.

As Operations Manager for Rural/Metro's Georgia interfacility transportation division, Ms. Hamilton manages the day-to-day operations of our pre-scheduled, non-emergency ambulance business. She is the primary facility liaison and manages dispatching and billing for our non-emergency transports in the market. Ms. Hamilton began her EMS career with Rural/Metro in 2003 as an Emergency Medical Technician in South Fulton County. She managed scheduling and payroll for several years before being promoted to Field Supervisor in North Fulton County in 2008. She was promoted to her current position in 2010.

As Rural/Metro's Clinical Services Manager, Mr. Riner oversees all clinical services staff and manages all internal education and quality assurance programs. Prior to joining Rural/Metro, Mr. Riner was the EMS Program Director at Chattahoochee Technical College from 2008-2010. From 2006-2008, he served as EMS Program Coordinator at Medix College, and from 2006-2008, he was a Paramedic Instructor at Ogeechee Technical College. Mr. Riner began his career in 1982 as a Firefighter/First Responder, became certified as an EMT in 1989 and worked as a county-based EMT/Paramedic for 10 years. He served as a Paramedic/Supervisor from 1995-2002 for Medstar Ambulance in Savannah, Georgia, and as a Flight Paramedic from 2000-2002 for Lifestar Ambulance, also in Savannah.
